Sh.Vikramjit Singh, Advocate appeared and filed memo of appearance on behalf of complainant. Counsel for opposite party Nos.2 and 3 has suffered statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant. Opposite party No.3 will refund the amount of Rs.9800/- i.e. price of the mobile handset and Rs.1500/- as compensation within one month. The complainant has accepted this offer through his counsel. Therefore, the complaint stands disposed off in terms of statements of parties. Opposite party No.3 shall remain bound by its statement. File be consigned to the record room.
