1) A brief statement of facts of this complaint is as stated below:
This complaint is filed by Grazina Matule of United Kingdom alleging deficiency of service and unfair trade practice against the opposite party which was taken on file on 13.02.2023 and the representative of the complainant was heard on 20.02.2023. The Commission found that there is no territorial jurisdiction for this Commission to entertain this consumer complaint. The complainant had filed I.A.185/2023 praying to return the complaint for filing before appropriate forum which was heard and allowed.

Under circumstances at which the complainant had requested to return the complaint for filing before appropriate forum the Commission is pleased to return the complaint and all the other documents filed by the complainant along with it in C.C. No.104/2023 with liberty to file before appropriate Forum/Commission.
