ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The bill No.B.71041 demanding payment of Rs.43,948.40 issued by opposite party is set aside. He is directed to calculate the water consumption charges at a flat rate of Rs.3.50 per KL and issue a fresh bill accordingly. The opposite party is further directed to apply the same tarrif for future bills also. He shall refund excess amount collected, if any, or adjust the same in future bills. He shall pay a cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant towards the cost of this complaint.
