ORDER

The Transfer Application is taken up in the second call.  Nobody has appeared on behalf of the Applicant.  On the last two occasions also, i.e. on 31.08.2018 and 26.10.2018, when the matter was taken up in the second call, nobody had appeared on behalf of the Applicant and the Application was deferred for orders.  Today again nobody has appeared on behalf of the Applicant.

In the circumstances, we are left with no other option but to dismiss the Transfer Application for want of prosecution.  It is ordered accordingly.
