Perused review application No. 66/2010 filed by petitioner for reconsideration of the order dated 08.01.2010 passed in RP No. 3178/09. When the matter came up before Commission on 07.12.2009, on consideration of communication received from petitioner about his inability to personally appear in proceeding due to financial constraints and matter to be decided on basis of his written submission, matter was adjourned to 08.01.2010 with a direction that a copy of the order be also sent to petitioner. When matter came for hearing on 08.01.2010, there being no response from petitioner, on consideration of written submission, finding modified award of State Commission to be reasonable, warranting no interference, revision petition No. 3178/09 was dismissed. Though lot of grievance has been raised by petitioner in review application which are alien to the issue under consideration, we find no good reason for reconsideration of our order dated 08.01.2010. There being no error apparent on face of the record, review application as such, is dismissed but without order as to cost.
