          This appeal coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :-

          Both present. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing a joint memo of compromise has been filed signed by both the parties stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Memo recorded.

          In view of the joint memo of compromise, this appeal is disposed off.

          Registry is  directed to discharge the mandatory deposit of Rs.20,000/- along with accrued interest to the Respondent/complainant.

          Joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order.
