The respective counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submits that the parties have settled their disputes outside court and that an amount of Rs. 7,15,000/- agreed to be paid has been received by the respondent / complainant.   In view of the above, both parties submit that this appeal may be allowed and the order appealed against may be set-aside.

In view of the above submission, this appeal is allowed.   The order of the District Forum is set aside and the complaint is dismissed as settled out of court.
