ORDER

In our view the present petition is misconceived before this Commission because the main grievance of the petitioner was duly redressed by the State Commission and the penalty imposed by the UHBVNL has since been quashed. 

2.      We see no good ground to interfere in the order passed by the State Commission.  Moreover, there is a delay of 111 days in filing the revision petition, which in our opinion has not been explained satisfactorily.

          The Revision Petition is dismissed on both the counts.
