              Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant.  Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise.

              In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
