None is present for the Petitioner even on the second round.  Even on last two dates of hearing i.e. 02.08.2017 and 23.01.2018 none was present on behalf of the Petitioner.  It seems that the Petitioner has lost interest in the matter.  Accordingly, the Revision Petition No.2728/2016 is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
