               This is an appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against the judgment and order dated 04-12-2013 passed by the District Consumer Forum-I, Lucknow in Complaint Case No.851/2010.

We have heard Sri Veer Raghav Chaubey, learned Counsel for the appellant.
