ORDER

In view of the order passed by this Forum on 17.04.2008, the complainant submitted to had made a claim with the Opposite parties for settling the claim. Subsequently, that the Opposite parties after examining her claim reported to have settled the claim. The counsel representing the Opposite parties submits to have set right the grievance of the complainant and therefore the complaint is not maintainable and to dismiss the same. The counsel for the complainant, and complainant are absent. The husband of the complainant is present and submits that the Opposite parties have settled the claim and they have no objection for dismissing the complaint as settled. In view of the above submission, the complaint is closed as the grievance of the complainant has been met.
