ORDER

1.Complaint is allowed. 2.The O.P.1 is directed to refund the complainants Rs.67,865/- paid by him within two months from the date of this order failing which the said amount shall carry the date of payment. 3.The O.P.1 is further directed to pay the complainants compensation of Rs.10,000/- within two months from the date of this order failing which the said amount shall carry interest at 10% p.a thereafter untill the date payment. 4.The O.P.1 shall pay the complainants cost of Rs.1,000/- 5.Complaint is dismissed against O.P.2 6.Give a copy of this order to both parties according to rules.
