The complaint was filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act,2019. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is also absent and has no representation from his side. The complainant is continuously absent since 08.10.2021. The service of the opposite party was not completed for want of the correct address. The address of the opposite party is not furnished by the complainant so far. Hence, the commission issued a notice to the complainant on 29.11.2022 to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. The notice sent to the complainant is seen served as per the proof of the delivery of the Postal Department. The complainant has not turned up so far. So many chances were given to the complainant to furnish the correct address of the opposite party. There is no merit to proceed further since service of notice of the opposite party is necessary. Hence the complaint is closed as the default of the complainant.
