            This is a complaint filed u/s.12(3) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for :

1. Directing the opposite parties to refund of the mobile amount Rs.10,094/- (Ten thousand and ninety four rupees only) with interest of 18% per annum from till date of complaint until payment and discharge or to replace the new vehicle.
2. Directing the opposite parties jointly and severally pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) as damages and compensation towards deficiency of service, loss of reputation, Unfair trade practice, negligence, mental agony and breach of trust as well of the opposite parties to the complainant under section 14(1)(d) and 14(1)(f) of the Act.

Today the complaint was called.  The complainant absent and counsel for complainant present. The opposite parties absent, no representation made.  The counsel for complainant filed memo stating that "the matter was settled out of the court between the parties without any compensation and the complainant received the mobile price from the opposite parties. Hence the complainant filed the full satisfaction memo and prays to record the fact and dismiss the complaint."

      In view of the endorsement made in the memo, this complaint is hereby dismissed. No cost.
