Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant. Complainant has not taken any step. The O.p. no.1 has filed an application but the said application is erroneous and defective and for that reason it is rejected.

On call both parties are found absent. No show-cause has been filed by the complainant. On call nobody appears for the complainant. All these factors are clearly reflected that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In the result,

it is accordingly,                   

o r d e r e d

that the complaint case no.54/2019 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. No order is passed as to cost.
