1. United India Insurance Co., Ltd., DO-4 trichy, 19/1 first floor, Kalpana complex, birds road, Tiruchchirapalli-620001, Tamil Nadu, through its Managing Director.
2. The Branch Manager, United India Insurance Company Limited, Branch Office, situated at Mansa Mata Devi complex, Hetu wali trust, old GT road, Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Omparkash Kashyap, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Inderjeet Singh, counsel for the OPs.

                            

 

                   Today the case is fixed for arguments on behalf of the complainant.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement that as per the intimation from the company, complainant has not filed claim form with the OPs. If the complainant submits the claim form alongwith all the required documents, company will decide the claim of the complainant within three months.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the OPs, he withdraws the present complaint with the liberty to submit the claim with the OPs.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
