Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 02.08.2010. Complainant is not appearing for past five dates of hearing i.e. 11.05.2022, 10.11.2022, 11.05.2023 and on 19.07.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 19.07.2023 last opportunity was granted to complainant for addressing arguments.  Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
