Sh. Lalit Gupta, Senior Manager (Legal) of Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 has placed on record copy of resolution, which is taken on record.

                    It is stated by Counsel for the complainants and Sh.Lalit Gupta, Senior Manager (Legal) of Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 that the matter stands amicably settled. To say so, copy of settlement deed dated 19.07.2017 has been placed on record as Exhibit A-1.

                   Counsel for the complainants states that in view of above, let he be allowed to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again, if Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 fails to honour their commitment made vide settlement deed, aforesaid.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
