ORDER

It is admitted on record that Alice Developers Private Limited was also a party to the Apartment Allotment Agreement, which is in dispute. The said entity was not impleaded as one of the Opposite Parties. Faced with the situation, Proxy Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
