The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is pertinent to point out that on 10.09.2013 there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner for two consecutive dates both the petitions stand dismissed in default.
