     Vide his separate statement recorded on 08.08.2023, Sh.Jaswinder Singh Bagga, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh case with better particulars before the appropriate authority/competent court of law. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.
