ORDER

Heard counsel for the petitioner. The defence put up by the opposite parties was accepted by both the fora below. The concurrent findings are based on the facts and material on record. In our opinion, the revision is liable to be dismissed as we do not find that any case has been made out for interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, as we do not find any jurisdictional error, illegality or material irregularity in the orders of the fora below . The revision is, therefore, dismissed with no order as to costs.
