          A cheque for a sum of Rs. 30,000/- issued in the name of Registrar is deposited with the Court Master.  The Court Master will deposit it with the Registrar.  The Registrar will get it encashed and make the payment equally to both the complainants as desired by the counsel for the complainants, who represents both the complainants.

          It is transpired that a sum of Rs. 6701/- remains to be paid.  Money be deposited with the Registrar within one month.  Counsel for the OPs further submits that as per order dated 16.08.2013, the money be paid to both the complainants in equal share of the total amount of Rs. 6,36,149/- as desired by the complainants and their counsel.  The amount be accordingly paid through demand drafts in the name of both the complainants separately.

          The case stands disposed of.
