We have heard the complainant in person on the question of maintainability of the present complaint. Going by the averments and allegations made in the complaint and taking the same on their face value at present, we are of the considered opinion that the present complaint filed by the complainant is not maintainable before this Commission under the provisions of consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complaint as such is dismissed.
