Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Mr Neeraj Singh Advocate appearing on behalf of the Union of India (General Manager, Northern Railway) tendered a cheque No. 787648 dated 07.07.2011 drawn on State Bank of India, Chandani Chowk Branch, New Delhi for the sum of Rs.7,94,000/- as against Rs.7,85,000/- prayedfor in the execution application. The additional amount of Rs.9,000/- is on account of interest due to date. Mr. R. K. Tushir, learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner states that this is in full and final satisfaction of the awarded amount, along with interest to date. The execution application is disposed of as above.
