ORDER

Complainants have brought their voter identity cards to establish their identity. 

 

Photocopies of the same are retained on record. Mr.A.K.Sharma, Advocate for the complainants has also identified them.  Complainants no. 1 to 3 state that they have received respective cheques of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) and Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh only) in terms of settlement arrived at on 25.07.2013 in full and final settlement of their claim.  Complainants submit that now there is no dispute left as such and complainant be dismissed as settled / withdrawn.

            In view of the above, complaint is dismissed as settled / withdrawn.
