ORDER

Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the impugned order, passed by the State Commission. 

It is brought to our notice that Revision Petition No. 3675 of 2017, preferred by the Union of India against the same order, has already been dismissed by this Commission vide order dated 09.01.2018.  The said order is reported in I (2018) CPJ 332 (NC).

We do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the Revision Petition is dismissed.
