     Today, Sh.Mohd.Uzair, Counsel for Complainant has made statement on the last order sheet that he is withdrawing his present complaint with liberty to file at appropriate time.

     Liberty granted.

     Accordingly, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. As requested by counsel for complainant, the original annexures be returned to him against receipt after retaining photocopies of the same. 

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
