              When this   matter has been taken up for hearing,  the learned counsel for the revision petitioner  has  submitted that  the revision petition is not pressed on the reason that the  complainant had already withdrawn  the complaint  from the District Commission.  The learned amicus curie  has taken  earnest  efforts  to submit  the legal  position before this Commission.   However, in view of the  above  submission  of the learned  counsel for the  petitioner,  we are not adverting  to  the submission of the learned  amicus curie.   The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has made an endorsement   on the  memorandum of revision petition that the  revision petition is not pressed.  Accordingly,   this revision petition stands dismissed  as   not pressed.
