                     DH has made statement that he does not want to proceed with present execution petition due to some technical difficulties and necessary permission may be given to file fresh complaint.  His statement recorded separately.

          Heard.  In view of above statement made by the DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file afresh complaint. Certified copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room.
