                   As per order dated 01.02.2019 contained in letter No.321, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                Sh. Anil Bhidain, learned counsel for the appellant has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal.

3.                The present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn in pursuance of respective statement made by learned counsel for appellant with liberty to file a fresh appeal. However, limitation would not be rider to file fresh appeal.
