ORDER

This matter relates to theft of electricity. In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court passed in U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. & Ors. Vs. Anis Ahmed (Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.20407/2011) as also other connected SLPs, Consumer Foras have no jurisdiction in power theft cases. Therefore, without going into the merits of this case, the revision petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
