          Learned counsel for the appellant has urged that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the fresh complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum,
Panipat in view of the decision rendered by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Indian Machinery Company Versus M/s. Ansal Housing & Cosntruction Limited, I (2016) CPJ 15 (SC).
