ORDER

On 01.03.2013 this revision petition was adjourned subject to cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner with Consumer Welfare Fund of the Ministry within two weeks. As per the report of the Registry proof of deposit of cost has not been filed. Otherwise also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
