ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner heard.  Petitioner’s relief lies with the Executing Court.  He should approach the executing court and get the decree satisfied.  It is well settled that the executing court cannot go behind the decree passed in favour of the petitioner. 

          Another grouse is that he is getting low voltage.  Voltage is given to the entire colony, it cannot be that he is getting low voltage and his neighbor is getting high voltage.  Request should be made to the Electricity authority to grant high voltage to all the farmers.

          With these remarks, the case is dismissed.
