                Today the case is fixed for arguments subject to last opportunity. However, the ld. counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that in the present complaint, as per calculation submitted by the OPs deptt. on the case file, after adjusting Rs.31,624/- from payable amount of Rs.1,05,786/-, a sum of Rs.74,162/- has been paid to the deptt. of the OPs through cheque No.063580 dt. 29.11.2018. He further stated that there is no dispute pending between the parties, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. So, in view of statement of the ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
