Counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint.  In view of statement of the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the competent Court of law, as per provisions of law.  File be consigned to record, after due compliance.
