COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                Today the case was fixed for evidence of OPs with the condition that in case of failing OPs to produce their evidence, the same will be deemed to be closed by the order of this Forum. However, the complainant appeared in person and got recorded her statement to the effect that in the present complaint, as per scheme of UHBVN, the matter in question has been compromised with the OPs,  therefore, she does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraws the same. So, in view of statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
