                   Court notice issued to complainant through registered post on 10.03.2023. However tracking report placed on record which shows that “Item Delivery confirmed”. Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.40 P.M. No more wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
