1. Paramjeet Singh son of Balwinder Singh aged 46 years resident of Village Kharkan tehsil Siwan District Kaithal.

1. UHBVN Siwan X-36, “OP” Sub Division Siwan through SDO UHBVN Siwan District, Kaithal.
2. UHBVN through Xen Guhla Tehsil Guhla District Kaithal.

Present:     Complainant Sh. Paramjeet Singh in person along with Sh. Gurpal Singh, Advocate.

                Sh. Pala Ram, LDC, UHBVN office of Siwan, District Kaithal Rep. for OPs.

 

                Today ,the case was fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Complainant Paramjeet Singh made a statement that he has compromised with SDO, UHBVN Siwan and as per compromise he will pay total amount of Rs.20,239/- (after correction) in three installments with current bill. Now, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being compromised in Pre-National Lok Adalat.

                Sh. Pala Ram, LDC, UHBVN office of Siwan, District Kaithal  made a statement on behalf of OPs that according to compromise complainant Sh. Paramjeet Singh shall pay total amount of Rs.20,239/- ( after Correction) in three installments  with current bill. After first installment paid by complainant, connection will be restored with normal formality.

                In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant and Sh. Pala Ram, LDC, UHBVN Office of Siwan, District Kaithl, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statement. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
