     Madan Lal age about 72 years son of Shri Banarsi Dass resident of 9454 Kalal Majri,     Ambala City.

     U.H.B.V.N. Ltd. through S.D.O (Operation) Sub Division A-33 West, Jain College      Road, Ambala City.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed for compromise in Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP has corrected the electricity bill of the complainant. OP will release the amount through cheque if the complainant file an application before the department after filing the application it will release the amount within 40 days. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the OP. Copy of adjustment of the amount of Rs.44,206/-, filed by the OP is marked as ‘A’. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement given by the learned counsel for the OP and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
