EA No.79 of 2018.

Subhash Chander vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    None for petitioner.

                 Sh.Pawan Handa, Lineman, Adv. for respondents.

                               

                                       This execution has been called several times since morning, but the legal heir of the deceased Subhash Chander as well as counsel failed to appear before the Forum up to 2:45 PM.  Further wait is unjustified. None appearance of the legal heirs of deceased Subhash Chander and counsel, means they are not more willing to prosecute this execution petition.  Amount of Rs.3300/- had already been deposited by the respondent in the Forum, which shall be disbursed as and when application is filed by the legal heirs of the deceased Subhash Chander disclosing the name of all the legal heirs along with identity proof thereof. The execution is hereby ordered to be dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the records.
