Shree Faraya Lal vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    None for complainant.

                 Sh.Gulab Singh, Adv. for respondents.

                               

               This case has been called several times since morning, but neither the complainant nor his Advocate appeared.  On 18.1.2019 none of the parties were present before this Forum due to boycott of this Forum by the Members of Bar. In order to avoid sort of prejudice, the proceedings were adjourned to 13.3.2019 and on 13.3.2019, neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared and counsel for respondents appeared.  Again in order to avoid any sort of prejudice to the complainant, proceedings were adjourned to 26.3.2019 i.e. today itself. Again complainant or his counsel failed to appear before this Forum up to 3:30PM.  No notice was required to be served up on the complainant or his counsel because order of the Forum can be viewed on the internet.  Further wait is unjustified. The complainant has not led any evidence. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant.  File be consigned to the records.
