               Shri Vijay LDC on behalf of respondents suffered statement before the Forum, dispute qua bills dated 16.5.2017 and 24.5.2018 have been settled and up to the period of December-2018 nothing is due against the complainant.

                In view of the stamen of Shri Vijay LDC, complainant suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint.
