EA No.55 of 2018.

Hargopal vs. UHBVNL.

 

Present:    Sh.Ashok Kamboj, Adv. for complainant.

                 Sh.Pawan Chaudhary, Adv. for respondents.

                               

              Compliance of order dated 4.12.2017 has been done by the respondents except making payment of Rs.5500/-.  Statement of counsel for decree holder to this effect recorded.  Respondent No.3 through Shri Pawan Chaudhary, Advocate is directed to issue credit voucher in the sum of Rs.5500/- in favour of the complainant, which shall be included in the bill for the month of April-2019 and record of this execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the record treating it fully satisfied.  In case, complainant will be having any grudge with regard to Rs.5500/-, in that eventuality, he will be at liberty to file a fresh execution before this Forum subject to the period of limitation.
