                Complaint presented before the registry of this Forum on 10.1.2022 and put up before this Commission on today itself. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Forum.     

                   Counsel for the complainant tendered documents Ex.C1 to Ex.C.15 into evidence of complainant.

             Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with no order as to costs. However, complainant shall be at liberty to raise its grievances before the court of competent jurisdiction or Forum. File be consigned to the records.
