O R D E R

Petitioner has filed aforesaid review application no. 34 of 2017 against the order dated 11.11.2016 passed by this Commission in Revision Petition No. 1857 of 2014 – Dinesh Kumar Vs. U.P. Housing & Development Board & Anr. by which, revision petition was dismissed.  Petitioner has also filed I.A No. 2457 of 2017 for condonation of delay on the ground that he was under the impression that 90 days are available for filing review petition. Admittedly, review petition has been filed on 20.2.2017 after 3 months and 10 days which is beyond the period of limitation, as review petition is required to be filed within 30 days.  Impression of 90 days limitation is not sufficient for condonation of delay and in such circumstances, application for condonation of delay is liable to be dismissed and review petition being barred by limitation is liable to be dismissed.

I have gone through the impugned order as well review application and I do not find any error apparent on the face of record to entertain the review application and consequently, review application filed by the petitioner is dismissed as barred by limitation as well on merits also.
