Counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks to withdraw the present application as also the revision petition as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out of the Commission and pursuant to the said settlement, the petitioner’s counsel has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.90,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of the respondent’s claim. Counsel for respondent admits this position.

          The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the revision also stands disposed of, which has already been disposed of.
