The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and permission be given to file the same on the same cause of action before the proper court/Forum/Authority. He has also stated that original documents be returned to him. His statement has been recorded separately.

3.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Time spent by the complainant before this Forum shall be no bar for filing of the fresh suit/complaint before the appropriate Court/Forum. Original documents be returned to the complainant on deposit of photo copies of the same. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
